The
hardest decision you will ever make in your life involves how to make your
money. It even becomes harder for those of us who cannot make a decision until
it’s too late in the day; they have wasted time in the wrong career, stuck
there because of job security and benefits. It is the most important step you
will take towards financial freedom.
There
have been popular books written around this topic but I believe
entrepreneurship is inherent. Some people will make good business men while
others would simply be happy working for a pension for the whole of their life!
A
job can be the best thing to behold but not for a long time especially when you
do not have an exit plan or a way to climb up the ladder and earn more money
that you can invest.
Think of Online Business and Making your Money Work for you
If
you have not tried online business you should before you even think of an
offline business. Starting an online business is easy by far than any offline
business you can think of. You can start a blog, a service website or any other
form of online business that will grow to be successful.
Online
business is the best way to make your money work for you. You can outsource
virtually everything from website creation, content to software development. You
can use your money if you don’t have time to grow your online business. So many
people have been successful in this venture and you too can be successful.
For
a long time I have sat on my seat and thought long and hard what it means to
make money work for you. I have tried to implement this strategy and I have
realized it is simply the best way to be financially free!
So let’s consider this example:
You
have a day job that ties you 24 / 7, a demanding boss and a lot of other things
to attend to when you are not at work. Your financial freedom can only be
realized when you use the little money you are earning to invest in a viable
business that you will retire to one day. This sounds a fancy idea to everyone
but only a few people achieve it ….why? ACTION
Over my few years of meeting ambitious people who can’t take Action
Over
my few years making and investing money online I have met all kinds of people
but the vast majority has been the ones who talk too much and do very little. I
even stopped telling people how they can invest online and nurture their job
exit plan.
I have studied many books about financial
freedom and one thing of all things that I have learnt remains constant in the
journey to successful financial freedom, action orientation!
I have meet people with ambitions to make
great online projects but the sad truth is that a few people can take action ….very
sad especially for those people who are tech savvy and can create great online businesses.
I am embarrassed …
Yes! I am embarrassed
to live in a country graduates are complaining of unemployment but do very
little to start a business online,
yet we know that it is the most promising, less capital intensive business you
can even start from your own bedroom (I did that 6 years ago from a campus room)
I
am embarrassed to here disgruntled young people stuck in jobs that are not
making them any better, while they can try out on their own. If you are afraid of
trying out on your own you are not going to go far. Brave the cold, the dew and
darkness and start your journey to build your business empire.
My Advice
Take
action today you simply need as little as $10 to start an online business. Buy
a domain, hosting and start a blog that will make you some money. While your
business pick up its now time to make your money work for you. Outsource other
services like content development form the little money you make on the blog
and you watch your business grow from zero to hero!
Heed
to my advice and wait for 1 year, 2 years 3 years of investment to see if you
will ever regret taking this action today.
