How to Write a Better Email Sales Pitch than this One

How to Write a Better Email Sales Pitch than this One
Writing a sales pitch that converts 100% is the dream of every marketer but seldom is this dream realized. I have seen many great sales pitches either in my inbox, or online but I have equally seen several other terrible sales pitches like this one:

Dear friend, How are you doing recently? There is a good space for shopping: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com they are mainly run various kinds of famous electornic products, Now the company is under promotion, all of the products are sold nearly as the same as their cost. What are you waiting for? I'm sure there must be more surprises. sincerely yours!

Tips for Writing a Good Email Sales Pitch
When I first saw this sales pitch I was not astonished since I have seen worse than this but I thought I would use this opportunity to share tips with my readers on how to write a good sales pitch. I have the following advice for anyone who wants to use email marketing,
  •      Know the Name of your Recipient:
If you don't want to be labeled a spammer, you have to know the name of the people you are selling to. You should avoid generic letter salutations like dear friend, sir…blah...blah...blah
  • Avoid Grammatical and Spelling Mistakes:
Always read your sales pitch again and again loud to see if there are any mistakes.  This is an important step since sales pitch presents the kind of a person you are and the products you are selling.
  • Provide Details if possible Images:
You should remember that you are selling a product and you want the recipient to make a quick decision. It is therefore a great idea to provide as much detail as possible and possibly an image about the specific product you are promoting.
  • Avoid using generic email templates:

You should focus on the products you are selling and avoid writing an email that is general. You should not just pitch about a website, pay attention to individual products for better conversion rates.

  • Add Incentives

By adding incentives in your sales pitch you are going to be very successful in calling people to action. Incentives should be in form of discounts, offers with deadlines to ensure the recipient takes action.
  • Call to Action
A call to action is that last part that you must include in all the email sales pitch to encourage the reader to take action i.e. make purchase, sign up or visit a website. You should incorporate a reward for the call to action to have high conversion rates.
  • Don’t Forget your Personal Contact
Your personal contact adds so much confidence to the recipient and prompts them to write back to you about the offer.
Now you can write a great sales pitch.
