Kenya Social Media is the Newly found Oil!

Kenya Social Media is the newly Found Oil!
Kenya social media usage is no longer for social purposes only. In fact the use of social media in Kenya for business is a rapidly growing trend that is expected to be even more vibrant in a distant future. The word soko in Kenya Social Media platforms has turned out to be the new gold.
There are many social media based business groups thriving on this concept. There seems to be a growing trend of people earning the trust of online business in Kenya considering there has been so much skepticism about online business in Kenya history.
I remember the days we were starting out online, there were hardly any people who would believe you would make money from an online business let alone earn a living.
Today am happy that more and more Kenyans are appreciating the value of internet marketing in Kenyan businesses growth. There is so much potential that remains untapped in creating jobs for Kenyans, one of the
    Kenya Social Media Opportunities
Although not so many average Kenyans are tech savvy, Facebook simplicity makes it one of the reasons many Kenyans are willing to try out business ventures on social media. By the time am writing this post I have counted more than 10 sokos that are based on Facebook groups and promising a bright business future for Kenya social media entrepreneurs.
There are better opportunities to try out Facebook business considering social entrepreneurship can be very rewarding. Let’s look at the four factors of production and how they relate to the social media businesses startups in Kenya:
          Capital
Kenya Social Media Business is not capital intensive, in fact, there is absolutely no capital involved in making a Facebook business initially, other than the small cost of promotion there is hardly no serious cost of set up compared to the ordinary businesses.
This means there is so much that can be attained with little or no capital. Social media business in Kenya is the newly found oil, with a good strategy there is so much business potential.
       Labor
When growing a business based on social media in Kenya there is little in terms of labor. You should just commit 2-3 hours every day to build your social media profiles, make them stand out, add more people and possible create more business opportunities.  If you are doing it as a business, hiring a professional social media manager can be a good way to get you the best ROI.
The social media managers should help you increase your leads, double your conversions and possible help you increase your social media page monetization by a tenfold or even higher! These are the possibilities of businesses today on social media in Kenya
      Land
By the virtual of social media being an entity of the larger ‘virtual real estate concept’ is qualifies the internet as the information age resource equitable to land. Unlike the traditional land the versatility of the internet resource to businesses makes it even a better resource.
The land in economic or business terms is the domains, or the business concept that a certain online business is based on. There is potential in exploiting the virtual real estate in Kenya since not so much has been done in this sector.
    Entrepreneurship
This remains to be the serious problem facing Kenya technology industry. The urge to start tech businesses in Kenya has only been left to those who are in the technology field with the other people just looking. It does surprise many people when they learn that I did not learn an iota of IT from school.
Majority of my skills are self-taught, there is little motivation for Kenyans to get into technology entrepreneurship, or even to develop this mindset. Maybe am mistaken or harsh in my judgment but what I have seen in my few years in the industry, there is little success to talk about as far as tech entrepreneurship is concern in Kenya.
